Dear Cablevision,
I demand your apologies for not being able to provide a reliable service. I spent $1,800 a year for over 4 years, for total of almost $10,000 and all I get is the slowest TV remote ever invented and the less reliable Internet connection one can find!

Your customer service sucks and your techs seem unable to solve the issue blaming it on the fact that "upload speed is not guaranteed"... really? You think 0.01Mbps is an acceptable transfer rate?

Well guess what? Me doing business with you is not guaranteed either... two more days and I will be the fuck out of your network. No matter how much Verizon sucks it cannot suck more than Optimum Online!

All they did was offer me new deals to try to get me to stay back, all of which I refused. I literally had to spend 20 minutes on the phone dealing with nonsense and deals I had no desire for until I was able to cancel my stuff and switch over.

@lol: I didn'​t spend $10k on a 0.1mbps connection. I spent $10k with Cablevision over many years and only recently they had been providing me with very unreliable service which, at times, would go down to 0.1mbps in UPLOAD only.
