John Alto apologized to His Stomach
I'm sorry for going to White Castle last night and eating:

2 x Double Cheeseburgers
5 x Hamburgers
1 x Chicken Ring with Cheese
2 orders of Mozzarella Sticks

..and an x-large coke (not even diet)

Words cannot describe the pain and suffering I spent on the toilet.
