I'm sorry your product sucks. I'm sorry you have the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. You stole $160 from me and said it was my fault, that there were 'no notes' in your system about me wanting to cancel. PROTIP: Don't use ClearWire in the Atlanta or surrounding area.
